Dear most valued Rauch Gertenbach client

Dear most valued Rauch Gertenbach client,

We are pleased to inform you that we remain available to provide you with the best possible service!

Whilst our country will be in lockdown as of Friday morning 00h00, the wheels within Rauch Gertenbach will continue to turn. This will be achieved by:

  • Adapted work methods and technology which allow our personnel to work remotely from home
  • As such, most of our services will remain available to our clients
  • Relevant personnel will remain available to clients for consultations via telephone, Skype or alternative methods
  •
There will be instances where our functionality will be dependent on outside bodies such as the Master of the High Court, Magistrate, District and High Courts, the Deeds Office, banks etc. We will however carry out your instructions so far as what the system may allow us to do. We will be ready with drafted and completed documents as soon as these outside institutions reopen / resume functionality.

Should you be unsure of the services we are still available to provide, please visit our website at www.rgprok.co.za where you will find the correct information for the relevant contact persons.

Thank you for your continued and loyal support. We trust and hope that you and your loved ones will do everything within your power to take care and stay safe during this trying time.

Should you have any suggestions or wish to reach out to us, please feel free to contact office@rgprok.com. Alternatively, kindly contact any of our directors directly, whose contact details may be found on our website.

    Kind Regards,

    THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
