IMPORTANT NOTICE

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Clients,

As the COVID-19 virus spread is progressing in the Western Cape, we would like to inform you that we remain open for business, but that we are also doing our part for your safety, as well as our own.

Kindly note the following:

  • Inside the reception area of both our Mossel Bay and George offices will be designated hand sanitizer stations and both visitors and staff will be requested to make use of this facility.
  •

  • We are limiting appointments at our offices for everybody’s safety and will attempt to, where possible, to conduct appointments over Skype or telephonically.
  •

  • Regrettably we will not allow any office-appointment to individuals who have travelled outside of the South African borders in the last 3 weeks and will re-schedule such appointments accordingly. Clients will be asked pertinently about this prior to scheduling an appointment.
  •

  • Good common hygiene practices to help stop the spread of infectious diseases (including coronavirus) are highly recommended i.e. frequent hand-washing for at least 20 seconds, the use of sanitizers with an alcohol content of at least 70% and avoiding touching the eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  •

“Beyond this, we recommend getting information about coronavirus from trusted news outlets and to follow the latest Government advice.”

Keep well in the midst of COVID-19.

    Rauch Gertenbach Attorneys.
